PStart is a small program launcher that can minimize in system tray. You can create a folder menus in the software for launching applications and documents ,it also enable to set specific icon for your folder(Which is inside PStart) . PStart automatically uses relative paths when adding applications and documents, as long as the applications and documents are located in the same drive as PStart.
You can also drag and drop program such as |7-zip Portable| into it
