Create a desktop.ini file in the folder
Window + R or Start -> Run
Attrib +s G:\Example
Insert the following code
[.ShellClassInfo]
InfoTip=Text show when your mouse over it
IconIndex=0 (Icon index Number)
IconFile=File.ico (.exe , .ico , .dl )
